Confirmation 24/25

Yes!! We are looking forward to the next few months. Confirmation is a fun-filled time for all students 6th grade and up. This will be a class that takes place during youth group at 9am on Sundays. All are welcome to participate. It is still an open classroom where friends can join in as well.

The official confirmation curriculum is 24 lessons. We will start confirmation on November 17th.

During confirmation, we will have a trip to a synagogue, plan a service project, take a retreat to Little Grassy, and much more.

We will learn all about the Old and New Testaments and what it means to be a Christian, a Methodist, and a member of Sparta First.



Parental participation is essential during trips, retreats, and other events throughout the year. If you are interested in officially joining the 2025 confirmation class, please register by clicking the button below.

First Class - November 17th at 9am

Christmas break 12/22-1/4

Resume - January 5th at 9am

Last Class - April 6th

We hope all youth 6th grade and above can join us for confirmation this year. Have a friend join as well. Looking forward to seeing you all soon!!

(Plan for a retreat in March, starting on a Friday afternoon and continuing through Saturday evening. Consistent attendance in class and worship is a strong recommendation for confirmation. Youth will also find where they are called to serve in the local church. The confirmation curriculum and all items will be distributed on the first day of class.)
